Policies

The cost of a drop-in reformer Pilates class is $30 per person per session. Payment is due in full at the time of booking to secure your spot in the class.

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time to be eligible for a credit. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will not be eligible for a refund or credit. To cancel a class, please do so through the website or app. No-shows will not be eligible for a credit or refund.

Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled class time to allow for check-in and set up. Late arrivals may not be accommodated to avoid disruption to the class. Proper workout attire, including grip socks, is required for participation. Participants should inform the instructor of any pre-existing health conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to participate safely.

Refunds will not be issues to the original payment method. Instead, credits for rebooking a class will be provided, contingent upon compliance with the cancellation policy.

Class sizes are limited to ensure a quality experience for all participants. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Underground Pilates reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes with insufficient bookings.

Participants are expected to follow all studio rules and instructions provided by the instructor. Talking during classes is not permitted as it may be distracting to other participants. No photography is allowed during class to maintain the privacy of clients.

Participants must sign the liability waiver before participating in any classes at Underground Pilates.

Underground Pilates reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

By booking any reformer Pilates class at Underground Pilates, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
