Kayla

Hello! My name is Kayla Smith. I am a STOTT certified instructor. I have training experience at Orange Theory and Hotworx and I love the fitness/wellness atmosphere.  I hope to bring my positive attitude and up lifting environment to every one of my clients. To me, pilates is more than a workout, it’s a wellness routine and healthy lifestyle habit, which is what I care about most. I love feeling my best with healthy eating, workout, and mental habits that I hope my clients can take away with as well!

Sam

Sam has always loved Pilates — and some may say it’s her first love. With over over 15 years experience practicing, she finally took the leap in completing a 500-hour comprehensive Pilates teacher training program.  Sam is also pre- and post-natal certified to work with moms and moms-to-be on their fitness journey. Above all else, Sam loves how Pilates makes her feel and found improvements in her balance, strength, toning, and overall well-being.

She’s famous for saying “Pilates is about the long-game”; meaning the work you put in today, and consistently, will pay dividends in the immediate as well as 10 - 15 years down the road.  Sam’s teaching style is best described as meeting you where you’re at in any given moment. Pilates is so incredibly versatile. So whether you’re in the mood for some mobility focused work, or a spicy workout she can offer it all.

Hi, I'm Daisy! I am a dedicated healthcare professional with a strong passion for fitness and a commitment to helping other lead healthier lives. I am a certified STOTT mat and reformer Pilates instructor, driven by my desire to empower individuals to discover their inner strength and unlock their full potential. Working in healthcare has given me a profound appreciation for the importance of holistic well-being, and I see Pilates as a valuable tool in achieving this. Whether it’s in the clinic or the gym, I’m inspired by the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives, promoting not only physical wellness but also mental and emotional resilience. My mission is to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for fitness to help others live their best, healthiest lives.
